Father Francis' Church Of The Transfiguration Of Christ On The Mount,

the Western Orthodox Catholic Church

      The Church Of The Transfiguration Of Christ On The Mount located at the top of Mead's Mountain Road, just beneath the Tibetan Buddhist Monastery.
      It is interesting to note the fact that the Bible quotes Christ as having said: "Whosoever is the greatest among you shall be beneath you. He who is beneath you shall serve you..."; well, it just so happens that this Western Orthodox Church is just beneath the Tibetan Buddhist Monastery on Mead's Mountain Road. This is an interesting point well taken, for those of you who are Christian.

Woodstock's Tibetan Buddhist Monastery

      The Monastery is on top of Mead's Mountain, just above
the Church Of The Transfiguration Of Christ On The Mount.

For those of you who are interested in saving Overlook Mountaintop from the maniacal (as opposed to monastical) monolythic gargantuan tourist hotel which is presently being built on top of Mead's Mountain by the KTD, (under the guise that it will be a needed monastary - who do they think that they are they kidding?) please check in with the Committee to Save Overlook by emailing our organization at save-overlook@rcn.com to offer your support in stopping the KTD from devastating our once pristine and still salvageable mountain top at the top of Overlook Mountain (Mead's Mountain).

will no longer be featured on our site. When I took on this endeavor,
I was a little grandios in my thinking, in that I thought I could
maintain a monthly magazine for all five genres of the Arts!
(What was I thinking?)
Now I have realized more of what this site is (and should be) about:
WAVElinks is a website of links to "WAVE" - that is... links to
'Woodstock Artists' Virtual Entertainment' - or in other words,
a site of links to links for Entetainment in all genres of the Arts.
So now there will be less words about the arts, and artists, and
more links to the arts and to Artists' websites (if available).
Perhaps in the future, once the site becomes more established
and recognized, if funds are available, I'll hire a secretary and
a journalist to keep track of the current events of up and coming
artists, but for now, please be content with links to All the Arts.
